The cabana/tent will be set up by 9am and taken down starting at 5pm, unless there is wind or bad weather.
We can not issue a full refund for early take down due to bad weather. We will only issue a $50.00 refund each day the cabana/tent is not set up. If only one bad weather day you will not be refunded.
We will do our best to accommodate any changes in the location of your cabana. Please contact us the day before by phone or notify an employee during take down.
Our weekly rental period typically runs Sunday-Friday as majority of guests on the island check-in/check-out on Saturday. If you would like your rental to start on Saturday, an additional day fee will apply.
If you are paying with cash, payments will be taken between 9-11 AM on your last rental date. A member of our team will stop by your rental address to pick up your payment. If you are paying with a card, we will send you an invoice via email which can be paid at anytime during your rental period.
